A week after Flickr hits the two billion uploads, public beta testing has begun for the latest version of the Flickr Uploadr, the tool sends images to your Flickr account. You can download the Mac and Windows versions by clicking here. The biggest thing with Uploadr 3.0 is the added control now for photos before they actually uploaded.

It lets you photos, add photo titles, descriptions and tags, and create personal data. They can also be sent by drag your photos in the order in which you want them to appear. It has been noted that this new version release may not geoprivacy, or auto-title options on the basis of the file name.

But the new Uploadr 3.0, in fact, offer more photo control.
